Start from a problem I actually had.
Cut it down to one simple feature.
Ship it until a team can run it by Friday.
If it does not remove a real knot — the copy-paste, the waiting, the five-tool shuffle — it does not ship. If it only looks clever, it does not ship.
Simple Feature is the test: make the hard thing disappear, leave the useful thing behind. I will keep building for myself. The work is successful when a team I have never met stops hurting in the same place.
